Ms. Heller is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries with 20 years of experience in business development, licensing and legal affairs. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of business development at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as a trustee of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation. Her appointment to the Board is effective immediately.
